• We do business in the standard way with a Service Agreement that charges on a ‘parts and labor’ basis each time we come to one of your locations. We will negotiate a competitive service rate based how many of our service offerings you anticipate utilizing and the volume of your service needs. Further, our technicians have no incentive to stay on your job any longer than necessary because they are paid on a salary basis.
• SourceOne also offers a popular Preventative Maintenance Agreement to insure that the proper operating condition of your equipment is maximized to save you money and downtime.
• Or SourceOne can work with your company on a retainer basis. With the Retainer Agreement, you simply pay a monthly retainer that covers all parts and labor costs at your locations. You read that right – all parts and labor. The Retainer Agreement improves and eases your budgeting and planning process, extends the useful life of your equipment, and minimizes the risk of a major piece of your equipment failing at exactly the wrong time. Naturally, there are exclusions for such things like gross employee negligence and natural disasters. The Retainer Agreement is a great way to take the guess work and risk out of maintaining your equipment and facilities.
